Description
Origin: West Jambi Province Producer: Solok Radio Collective Process: Honey Processed Roast: Light Cup: Grapefruit Zest, White Grape, ThymeFrom the West Jambi province comes a new light roasted single origin produced by the Solok Radjo Collective. This cooperative is comprised of 500 members who are involved in all aspects of coffee production, and work alongside the Sumatran government to reforest 2,000 hectares of land that is globally critical (and houses 40% of the world’s wild tiger population). The collective uses a variety of processing methods, with this one being a honey process, different than many other Sumatran coffees. It is lightly sweet, a bit fruity, and an all around well rounded cup.
