The JR Reserve Blend is named after Jim Reynold’s (JR), Peet’s Roastmaster Emeritus. JR is known for having one of the most discerning palates in the specialty coffee industry. So it’s no surprise that when he as approached to create his own blend, he let his imagination run wild. He chose the best beans from the rarest lots and created a blend that exudes a truly exquisite flavor.

JR Reserve is available only in limited quantities and roasted to order just once a week (Wednesdays). If you’re going to purchase the JR Blend, we suggest you place the order on or before each Tuesday.

Tasting Notes

The JR Reseve offers is distinctly layered, complex, and full-bodied. Delicious hints of chocolate and spice reveal themselves as you reach the bottom of the cup
