Secondly, Macchiato Doppio and Cappuccino Doppio (extra shot of espresso) are now listed as one of the premade specialty options.The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P) developed by Jura fully optimizes extraction time ensuring your final brew is full of deep and rich flavor. The process involves forcing hot water through the coffee ground in short intervals. Exposing the coffee grounds to water in this way allows coffee flavors to fully develop and mature.
